A Plethora of Support!
Physical Support
Comfort techniques like counterpressure, massage, position change, breathing, creating your desired ambience, and engaging your senses. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible no matter what your birth story looks like.
Emotional Support
Birth involves lots of emotions! I will be sensitive to your needs, demonstrate emotional intelligence as your needs change throughout labor, and create a safe space for you to process your emotions and embrace the journey.
Educational Support
I am here to answer your questions and provide you with relevant resources. The more you know, the better you can communicate with your medical team and be well-equipped for good decision-making during pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum.
Partner Support
Hiring me as your doula takes the pressure off your partner because he/she can take breaks, rest, and eat without leaving you alone in labor. Whether your partner is comfortable with childbirth or nervous, I’m here to make the process as smooth as possible for you both.
On-Call Support
Whether you hire me in early or late pregnancy, I’m available to answer your questions and provide you with resources to ease your mind, understand your pregnancy better, and build confidence one step at a time.
Virtual Support
If your birth location does not allow enough support persons to suit your needs or you're not in my area, I am available to be your virtual doula!
Sessions

Our initial meeting designed to help you decide whether or not you feel that I’m a good fit for your birth team
Prenatal Visits

Postpartum Care
I will stay with you and your partner one hour after baby is born, taking family pictures and assisting with breastfeeding and skin-to-skin if needed. Within 2 weeks of birth, I offer one postpartum visit (in-home or virtual) to help you and your partner navigate life with a newborn, as well as check on recovery and infant feeding.
